Baseball is almost year-round here at NROA! We pride ourselves on well training prepared umpires! This year County Recreation Youth Baseball will be using the Dixie Baseball Rule set. This also means that our umpires will need to be Dixie certified. You can find the Dixie Rule Book below. Here at NROA we also support the Swansboro Area with their Babe Ruth League, the rules book for Babe Ruth will be mailed to you once you register with the league. As Baseball Umpires it is important to always be dressed appropriately so, below you will find a PowerPoint about the uniform for baseball. Also you will find helpful links for the leagues and places to buy uniforms.
